For Collectors
Collector accounts are always free.
Scanning a card, saving an artist, or submitting an enquiry never costs anything. Collectors are not the paying customers — artists are. We don't show ads to collectors or sell their data.
Pricing questions
What's included in the free trial?
The 7-day Pro trial gives you full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start. If you don't upgrade at the end of the trial, you return to the Free plan and your profile card stays active.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my cards if I downgrade?
Your profile card stays active. Artwork, exhibition, and press cards are paused (not deleted) — they return to active if you re-upgrade. Collector data is retained for 90 days after downgrade.
Is there a plan for galleries or studios with multiple artists?
Not yet. Team/gallery plans are on the roadmap. If you represent multiple artists, get in touch and we'll work something out.
Are payments processed securely?
All subscriptions are managed through Apple's in-app purchase system. We never see or store your payment details.
